Job description
Experienced BookkeeperOur client is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join their team and take responsibility for the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions of the organization.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare and process invoices, payments, and depositsPerform bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesMaintain the general ledger and supporting documentationPrepare basic financial reports and account summariesMonitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection effortsResearch and resolve discrepancies in financial recordsAssist with payroll and other administrative accounting functions as neededWork closely with management and the accounting team to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
