Local construction company in Santa Barbara, CA seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper
This is an independent contractor position (1099)
This position will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payment processing and providing Owner, Business Manager and Contract Manager with fiscal reporting.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online (expert level)
Job costing
Billing Clients
Accounts receivable and payable
Payroll
Bank Reconciliation
Credit Card Reconciliation
Monthly Reports-Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Worker's Compensation Reports and Audits
General Liability Audits
Journal Entries
