Bookkeeper And Office GeneralWe are looking for a meticulous bookkeeper and office general to manage the day-to-day financials and book outgoing shipments that help to keep our shop running strong.You will be responsible for keeping our books clean, making sure vendors get paid on time, and ensuring everything matches up at the end of the month. You will also play a key role in communicating with our leadership team about the financial health of the business.If you are someone who enjoys organization, accurate numbers, and helping small businesses thrive, we'd love to talk to you.Your day-to-day will include:Recording and categorizing financial transactions using tools like Oracle NetSuite.Managing accounts payable, including entering bills, processing payments, tracking open invoices, purchasing, and booking outgoing shipments.Working with our service advisors and shipping department to ensure accurate tracking of costs and sales and outgoing shipments.Preparing monthly financial reports and summaries for ownership.Staying on top of tax deadlines, vendor payments, and budget tracking.Communicating with vendors, clients, and our internal team as needed to resolve issues and keep things moving.What you bring to the table:Bookkeeping certification or equivalent experience.Familiar with FedEx, UPS, DHL and courier booking.3+ years in a bookkeeping or accounting support role, ideally in a small business setting.Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software preferred.Experience managing financial records for a service-based business.Strong attention to detail and a love of clean, accurate records.Excellent communication skills—you can explain numbers clearly to non-accountants.Confidence in managing recurring tasks and deadlines without needing to be micromanaged.A proactive mindset—if something looks off, you dig in and find out why.Why work with us?At TT Repairs we treat our people with the same respect we give our customers.
