Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with knowledge using QuickBooks Desktop and accounting to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Record and post financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements
Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records for payroll
Initiate preparation of Operations Reports, sales reports, delivery and invoice reports.
Proficient use of computers, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Associate's degree with concentration in business or accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) years of related work experience.
Proven experience in Bookkeeping
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills.
