Location: Beverly Hills/West LA
Salary: Up to $110K + Bonus + Full Benefits

Because of this continued growth, they're looking to add a dynamic Account Executive / Bookkeeper to their team.

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of music industry clients
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financials
What We're Looking For
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (business management or entertainment industry experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AgiLink or similar)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
A proactive, client-service mindset
