Part Time Bookkeeper – Cattlemens Corporate Office

As a member of our Accounting team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of Cattlemens. From processing invoices and reconciling accounts to assisting with payroll and month-end reporting, you’ll help ensure our accounting processes remain accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
Process invoices and ensure proper account coding, documentation, and required approvals.
Enter and maintain accurate information within accounting systems and records.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with maintaining accurate financial records.
Support payroll processing, including reviewing time records for accuracy and assisting with vacation pay and insurance eligibility.
Prepare required accounting and financial reports accurately and on time.
Maintain organized accounting department files, records, and supporting documentation.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Accounting department.
Assist with special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as assigned.
Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Comfortable working with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and other business software.
Dependable team player who can work independently while supporting the needs of the Accounting department.
