Bookkeeper
Sunbury, OH | $50-58k
Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with cash management and daily bank deposits.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support daily accounting operations.
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to step in and contribute immediately.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Previous experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Familiarity with cash management and bank deposit processes.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial close.
