Bookstore Operations SupportLocation: Wellesley, MADuration: 3 monthsResponsibilities:Support daily operations of the bookstore.Provide front-line customer service to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Receive, unpack, and stock textbooks; receive shipments in the system.Assist students with ordering textbooks, accessing digital bookshelf, and redeeming access codes.Coordinate textbook distribution, returns, and exchanges.Support faculty with textbook adoption processes, deadlines, and platform navigation to ensure accurate listings each semester.Liaison with online book distributors and publishers as needed to troubleshoot orders and access codes.Address, resolve, or escalate student, faculty, and staff concerns.Maintain bookstore order and organization.Perform basic administrative tasks.Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced higher education environment.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30-40 pounds.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.Ability to work flexible hours during semester start-up and peak periods.
