Job description
Barnes & Noble in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Store Manager to lead, develop and motivate the team to run the store smoothly. You will drive performance through hands-on leadership, maintain strong store operations, and ensure engaging front-of-store presentation and cafe standards.
You will assess staff capabilities, coach individuals, and communicate company messages clearly to the team and clusters while upholding health, safety and loss-prevention practices.
