Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for Boomi Runtimes, Runtime Clusters, and Atom topology.
Troubleshoot and resolve runtime availability, deployment, execution, connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
Administer Runtime installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, maintenance, and high-availability settings.
Monitor runtime health, capacity, performance, logs, metrics, and process executions.
Identify and resolve recurring errors, resource constraints, capacity issues, and potential service disruptions.
Manage Boomi users, roles, permissions, custom roles, authentication, and access-related issues.
Support certificates, credentials, endpoints, networking, and other runtime dependencies.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application, Network, and Security teams to resolve platform and integration issues.
Support change management, deployments, configuration changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Maintain runbooks, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, escalation, and incident-response procedures.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and recovery procedures.
Review recurring incidents and recommend improvements to platform resilience, automation, monitoring, and support processes.
Assist with runtime architecture enhancements, migrations, capacity planning, and platform expansion.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience supporting an existing production Boomi environment.
Mandatory on-call support experience/availability.
Strong experience administering Boomi Runtimes, Runtime Clusters, and Atom topology.
Experience troubleshooting Boomi runtime availability, deployment, execution, connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
Experience with Runtime installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, maintenance, and high availability.
Experience with enterprise integration platform monitoring and incident management.
Experience managing Boomi users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Understanding of security, certificates, credentials, networking, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity for integration platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Boomi in a large enterprise or regulated environment.
Experience with clustered, highly available, or distributed runtime environments.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, alerting, and IT service management tools.
Understanding of DNS, firewalls, proxies, certificates, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with infrastructure automation or configuration management.
Boomi certification or equivalent integration-platform experience.
Experience developing operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and disaster recovery procedures.
