At Swissport, we are driven by our core values of Show You Care, Do the Right Things and Win as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals, who align with these values, to join our team at various locations across the globe.Job Summary: Cargo Office Supervisor is responsible for warehouse and storage facilities, loading and unloading air cargo, ensuring cargo related documentation is prepared timely and accurately, and regulatory requirements are adhered to and executed against appropriately. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team during a turnaround / in a specific area / on a specific task while ensuring compliance of safety, security and operational performance in line with policies and brand values. The expected pay rate is $28.00/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays. Eligibility Requirement: Candidates who are currently employed by Hallmark Aviation Services are not eligible for consideration for this position.Your activities:Supervise/control staff assignment, reporting and absencesControl of staff overtime and compensation managementMaintain applicable safety and quality standardsMaintain, up-date company's and customer manuals and documentationKeep up to-date with local emergency planMaintain good relations with customers and airport authoritiesReport any irregularity and take appropriate actionAttend and contribute to internal meetingsComply with company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policiesAll other duties as assignedResponsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damageYour profile:High school diploma or GED equivalentGood command of the English language both verbal and writtenMinimum of 2 years leadership experienceAbility to deal with conflictsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressureCustomer focus and quality awarenessHigh standards in quality and service level agreementsMust be able to work flexible working hoursWhat we offer:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceJoin Swissport today and be part of a team that connects the world of aviation!
