Job description
Fortis Care in Atlanta is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to serve as the on-site clinician at our upscale post-acute rehab facility in Northeast Atlanta. This full-time role runs 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
four days per week, weekdays only, with no night, weekend, or on-call coverage. You will collaborate with facility leadership, therapy teams, physicians, and hospitality staff to deliver high-quality medical care and a guest-centered experience in a private-suite setting.
