Job description
CHANEL, INC. in Nashville seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Director to lead and develop a high-performing team within our Green Hills boutique. You will coach staff, own recruitment, and drive a culture of exceptional client experiences across in-store and CHANEL.com channels.
You will partner with HR and leadership to ensure onboarding, succession planning, and operational excellence while maintaining CHANEL standards of service, image, and integrity in a fast-paced luxury environment.
