Job description
Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks a Boutique Director to manage and elevate boutique performance, drive sales, and expand the sales team. You will oversee strategic initiatives, ensure top-tier service, and uphold the Maison’s image in the market.
The role requires multi-unit leadership experience, fluency in or willingness to learn key languages, and the ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.
