Job description
Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas is seeking a Boutique Director to lead all facets of the boutique, including sales generation, operations, and team development. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and manages a leadership team plus sales associates and operations staff.
You will drive luxury client experiences, oversee staff performance, staffing, payroll, and budget, and collaborate with the Corporate Office on events and merchandising to maximize traffic and sales.
