Summary
The Boutique Director leads the boutique as its primary leader and brand ambassador. This role develops an exceptional team, delivers elevated client service, and drives performance against business targets.
Responsibilities
Coach and inspire boutique staff to provide an elevated client experience.
Develop boutique leaders, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and empower leaders to manage their teams.
Partner with the boutique team and Home Office to develop business goals and strategies that increase sales.
Use performance indicators to guide improvements and represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and the brand.
Ability to work in-store, lift 15 pounds, and work a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
