Summary
The Boutique Director leads the boutique as its ultimate leader and brand ambassador. This role develops an exceptional team, delivers superior client service, and drives performance against business targets.
Responsibilities
Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment built on feedback, respect, and teamwork.
Develop boutique leaders and empower teams to manage their responsibilities.
Partner with the boutique team and Home Office to achieve business goals and increase sales.
Use performance indicators to improve results and represent the boutique in the local market through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, people leadership, and client experience skills.
Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, products, and social and cultural initiatives.
Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
