Job description
FOUND Hotel Carlton in San Francisco is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its 169-key property as it prepares to convert to Series by Marriott in Q1 2027. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, develop teams, manage budgets, and align with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and topline performance.
