Job description
The Standard is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest relations across daily hotel operations in New York. You will report to the Managing Director and drive guest experience, staff performance, and service standards in a fast-paced boutique environment.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years in rooms management, with a proven ability to lead multiple departments, hire and train staff, and maintain high service levels in a luxury setting.
