Job description
Our client, a luxury modern fragrance brand, is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead their first U.S. retail location. We are seeking a polished, client-focused retail leader with experience in luxury fragrance to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the brand’s U.S. retail presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and support overall sales performance.
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to drive results.
Lead, coach, and develop the retail team.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure a high level of customer service and a consistent brand experience.
Develop client relationships and support clienteling initiatives.
Coordinate events, launches, and local business initiatives.
Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and general boutique operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience. Perfume experience required.
Proven experience leading and developing a team.
Strong understanding of retail sales and performance metrics.
Organized, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a strong in-store experience.
Experience with boutique openings, launches, or new retail initiatives is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak business periods.
Full Time On Site in NoLita. Weekend availability required.
Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 + monthly bonus
