Job description
The House of Creed in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Operational Lead to drive day-to-day store operations and a premier Customer Experience. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and storefront presentation, while partnering with Retail Operations for work orders and IT support.
With 3+ years in luxury retail, you will lead sales execution, host presell launches, and coach the Creed Sales Team to achieve store goals in a dynamic market. This non-exempt, hourly role opens in October 2026.
