Job description
Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and support leadership responsibilities. You’ll uphold brand standards and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You will help the store achieve goals by directing staff, sharing product knowledge, and executing operations while building strong customer and peer relationships. Flexible availability is required.
