Job description
Chico's in Irvine, CA is hiring a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You will set the tone for achieving team goals, lead by example on the sales floor, and provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance targets. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
