Job description
Leap is seeking a Store Manager to lead our upcoming Los Angeles boutique, powered by Leap Platform. You will drive daily sales, elevate customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
You’ll recruit, coach, and mentor teammates, build local partnerships, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and operations, while delivering strong commercial results and market initiatives.
