Job description
Club Pilates seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, from sales to instructors. You will lead sales efforts to grow memberships and reduce attrition while hiring, training, and supervising Sales Associates.
Manage four revenue streams and ensure ClubReady reporting and inventory accuracy. You will drive local marketing, lead generation, and community engagement, schedule staff, and maintain a high-energy, service-oriented studio environment.
