Job description
Main Event Bowl AttendantAt Main Event, our Bowl Attendant's set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you're high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest's through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You're an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.What Will You Be Doing Daily?Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest's needs and activity availabilityTroubleshooting and handling lane malfunction callsIssuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organizationEscorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selectionEnsuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests backMaintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side dutiesPosition RequirementsPrior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not requiredGuest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skillsAbility to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the businessCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to work days, nights and/or weekendsPerks and BenefitsMain Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job - so we do our part in making sure we give you what you need to stay motivated, valued and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that's inclusive, rewarding and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities and unlimited game play!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes please!)We help others grow!
