Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Need an experienced Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing surgical team in South Florida. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Physician Assistant seeking a fast-paced surgical environment with strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunities.
This position is focused exclusively on Physician Assistants. No Nurse Practitioners (NPs). No new graduates.
Position Highlights
Full-time opportunity in Fort Lauderdale and Boynton Beach, Florida
Competitive compensation package: $150,000 – $180,000 base salary DOE. Additional bonus potential based on performance.

Candidate Requirements
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Active Florida license or ability to obtain
Minimum 1–2 years of experience required
No new graduates
Plastic surgery experience is highly preferred
Candidates with other surgical experience will also be considered
Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
Strong procedural and patient management skills preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting
