Head Boys Lacrosse Coach
Assignment Dates: 4/5/2027
Location: East Ridge High School
Compensation: Contract based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C – 27 base points or $3,915 base contract rate.
Qualifications
East Ridge High School seeks a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as Head Boys Lacrosse Coach.
Successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience.
Experience in educational leadership, building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in line with the East Ridge mission and vision.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to developing positive relationships between the Raptors Boys’ Lacrosse program and the local community.
Valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or equivalent qualifications).
Reporting
Reports to: East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal.
Job Goals
To instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success. Concurrently, student-athletes shall receive instruction that fosters moral values, pride, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and confidence. The coach shall demonstrate substantial technical knowledge of lacrosse and establish positive relationships with all stakeholders.
