SALARY: Based on the current Coaching Salary Schedule
NEW HIRES ARE CONDITIONAL UPON PASSING A FINGERPRINT SCREENING

Required Qualifications
Type 2 license or willingness to obtain.
Must meet WIAA coaching requirements.
Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines.
High School Diploma, required.
Mentor coaches within program.
Direct all phases of athletic program.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Coordinate out-of-season camp and/or clinics as needed or required.
Attend District training regarding concussion management.
Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligibility.
Desired Qualifications
Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level, or five (5) years as an assistant coach.
Job Requirements
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
