Brake Press HelperIndustrial Brake Helper Pay: $18.00/hour (DOE) Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mandatory Overtime), & Every Other Weekend Location: Broken Arrow Job Type: Temporary-to-HireWe're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants long-term employment with excellent benefits after hire.ResponsibilitiesLoad and position material on equipment using manual methods, hoists, or overhead cranesMark and identify materials before and after processingAssist with quality inspections and basic blueprint readingCount finished parts to verify production ordersComplete production paperwork and work orders as neededTransport completed parts to the inspection areaMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus Spanish bilingual preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the shift Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnBenefits Upon Permanent Hire100% employer-paid health insurance for the employee100% employer-paid dental insurance for the employee401(k) retirement plan3 paid sick days upon hireWeekly vacation accrual
