Brake Press OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Brake Press Operators for a manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality metal components while working with precision equipment in a team-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal componentsLoad materials and tooling and ensure proper machine calibrationRead and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsInspect finished products using measuring tools to verify quality standardsMonitor production, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and maintain workflowRecord production data and complete required documentation in EpicorFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaMinimum of 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experienceAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsBasic math skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to read, write, and understand English work instructionsPrevious brake press experience preferred but not requiredAbility to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screenEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
