Brake Press OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Brake Press Operators for a premier metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality metal products for the architectural construction and industrial markets while working with an experienced, relationship-driven team. If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and operating precision equipment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Operate and set up press brake machinesProduce parts according to specifications and blueprintsUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and qualityMaintain compliance with company safety standardsFollow established quality control proceduresAssist with material handling and production activities as needed1+ year of press brake experience requiredPrevious sheet metal industry experience preferredAbility to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsMust provide your own hand tools, including a protractor, square, dial caliper, tape measure, scribe, and dead blow hammerStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
