Brake Press OperatorShift: Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday Shift Time: 5:00am - 3:30pm for both options Pay Rate: $20 Location: Glenshaw, PA Join a dynamic manufacturing team dedicated to creating innovative architectural products that enhance public spaces worldwide. As a Brake Press Operator, you will play a vital role in shaping high-quality components used in walls, elevator interiors, site furnishings, lighting, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment while advancing your career with performance-based incentives.Required Skills:Proven experience reading technical drawings and selecting appropriate toolingAbility to produce parts within tight tolerances for assemblyExperience operating brake presses, CNC machines, or other heavy machineryStrong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocolsAbility to use both hands to control equipment and handle materialsBasic reading, writing, and math skillsCompetency in basic computer navigation and data entryAbility to stand for at least 8 hours daily and lift up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work overtime as neededNice to Have Skills:Programming experience with CNC or hydraulic brake pressesExperience performing spot inspections and quality checksFamiliarity with adjusting equipment to optimize production flowPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in manufacturing or metal forming roleOther Requirements:Ability to work one of two shifts: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, from 5am to 3:30pmCommitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and qualityWillingness to adapt to production needs and participate in ongoing training
