Press Brake Operator
Pay:
$25-31/hr
Hours: 2nd shift: Mon-Thurs - 3:30pm-2am OR Weekend Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri, Sat, Sun
Location : North Tulsa 74115
A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join its evening shift. This is a hands-on position operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating precision equipment, and is looking for a stable position with a consistent four-day workweek.
What You'll Do
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press brake equipment
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work instructions
* Selecting and installing the proper punches, dies, and tooling
* Loading and running CNC programs independently
* Producing parts according to tight-tolerance specifications
* Deburring and finishing parts as needed
* Inspecting completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Using materials efficiently to minimize scrap and waste
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
* Previous press brake, fabrication, or metal-forming experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Experience working with precision measuring equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
* Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
* Willingness to work overtime when needed
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Employees must own or be willing to purchase:
* Certified 12" caliper
* Tape measure
* Angle finder
