Job description
Equity Real Estate, a vibrant and rapidly expanding brokerage, is on the lookout for full-time Branch Brokers to lead our operations nationwide, with specific opportunities in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California, and Colorado. With our comprehensive company systems, you’ll be empowered to thrive in this leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch
Provide contract and business practice support
Offer mentorship and conduct training sessions
Ensure compliance with procedures and manage paperwork
Recruit and retain new agents with profit-sharing opportunities
Foster strong professional relationships with agents
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and business practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Well-organized with keen attention to detail
Previous management experience in a real estate-related role preferred but not required
