Job description
Shepherd Electric Supply is seeking a Branch Manager for the Tidewater/Southern Virginia market. This startup‑style role asks you to open accounts, hire the initial team, and stand up the systems to run the new location.
You will lead from the front, own the P&L, hit sales targets, and build relationships with contractors while coordinating with regional leadership. The role offers $100,000 annually plus commission and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule. Onsite presence required.
