Job description
Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Stanwood, WA to guide daily branch activities, support the Branch Manager, and ensure transactions are processed accurately while following bank policies.
You will welcome clients, promote self-service options, manage lobby flow, and lead a team focused on control, compliance, and customer care, with weekend and evening hours as required. This role offers growth through our training program and a chance to strengthen community banking.
