Job description
FVSBank is seeking a Branch Experience Manager in Oshkosh, WI to lead the customer and employee experience at a single branch. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure strong community engagement while partnering with Retail Experience Manager to uphold service standards.
You will drive customer relationships, supervise branch readiness for audits, and support sales and deposits growth through local initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
