Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, balancing client service with compliance and loss-control. You will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver accurate transactions, promote self-service options, and coach staff to exceed customer expectations.
This role requires at least 1 year of retail banking experience, ability to work weekends/evenings, and a commitment to training others through our Branch Operations Lead Program.
