Job description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch to guide daily operations, ensure accurate client transactions, and uphold bank policies. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to create an inviting, compliant environment and lead a team focused on exceptional service and efficient branch performance.
You will oversee lobby flow, guide clients to self-service options, and build lasting relationships while maintaining strong loss prevention and audit readiness.
