Lead our Burlington & Davenport branches - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them.
Base+ bonus

The Role
Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs
Recruit, coach, and lead the team
Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental
Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits
Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharpRepresent Rexco at customer and industry events
You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years related experience (a plus)
Strong leadership and communication
Comfort with budgets and forecasting
Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
