Job description
The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage P&L, and lead a recruiting team. You will develop business plans to acquire new clients, retain existing accounts, and deliver strong customer service to candidates and clients.
You will supervise recruiting staff, ensure KPI/SLAs are met, and present monthly business reviews to leadership. This is an on-site role focused on maximizing fill rate and client satisfaction.
