Job description
Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Manager for our Community Bank network in Upstate New York.
You will lead a branch team, drive deposits and loan growth, deepen customer relationships, and engage with the local community to enhance the bank’s reputation. The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership experience, strong sales and coaching skills, and a thorough understanding of retail banking products, compliance, and risk controls.
