Job description
Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch growth and financial health aligned with organizational goals. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional member service, and inspire a sales-driven team while representing the credit union in the community.
The role requires strong people management, cash handling, and the ability to foster networking and referrals through professional associations. Weekend coverage may be required.
