Job description
Wescom-Credit-Union is seeking a Branch Leader to guide the branch team, ensure exceptional member experiences, and drive growth across lending and services. You will manage staff, oversee branch operations, and promote Wescom’s signature experience.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with supervisory experience in a financial institution, strong communication, and the ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
