Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Gastonia, NC. If you're a top-producing Loan Officer, you can lead a team while continuing to originate, with full processing, underwriting and back-office support.
Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, grow the branch's P&L, and drive production without surrendering your own deals. Compensation ranges from $80K to $220K base, plus commissions and a sign-on bonus.
