Job description
QXO seeks a motivated leader to manage a profit center, directing operations and administration while building a strong sales team across branches. You will recruit, train, and guide staff, working cross-functionally to seize profitable opportunities and maintain financial stability.
Collaborating with the Credit Manager and vendors, you will market products, nurture relationships, and develop future leaders in a safety-conscious environment. A BS degree and leadership experience are preferred.
