Job description
UFCU's Austin Branch Manager leads the team to deliver exceptional member service and drive branch performance. You oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws, NCUA regulations and UFCU policies.
You will develop people, coach sales, and manage initiatives to grow deposits and loans while upholding UFCU values of member obsession and performance excellence. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.
