KeyCorp's Stamford, CT branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a sales-focused team, coach bankers, and deepen relationships with small businesses. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and apply the Branch Playbook to grow client satisfaction and market share in the Connecticut South area.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales leadership for small business banking, knowledge of financial statements, and strong public speaking skills. Notary license preferred.
