Job description
Bank of Greene County is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive deposit and loan growth, and promote a customer service culture. The role requires leadership to coach the Assistant Branch Manager, Financial Service Representatives, and Tellers, ensuring compliance and excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance (or equivalent experience) and at least two years in a financial institution with managerial capabilities.
